Privacy: It is possible that the use guests/users make of the site to be recorded.  ClientIQ is free to use the information that is derived from the recording for statistical or other purposes, in its effort to – indicatively but not limited – improve its commercial policy, evaluate the quality of information and service provided and safeguard the uninterrupted use as well as the improvement of its Internet sites.  Should you disagree with this specific policy, you are kindly requested to refrain from using this service.  Rights that are not expressly cited in the present policy as being granted are safeguarded by the Greek Law. 

Cookies: ClientIQ employs cookies to provide a user with tailored information. A cookie is an element of data which a service or site, when visited by a user, sends to that user's browser which, in turn, may store it on the user's hard drive or memory. ClientIQ uses cookies to better serve our users and any cookies we send will be marked so that they will only be accessible by websites subject to this privacy policy. Any user may block or delete our cookies from their hard drive, but by disabling cookies, certain site features and functions may no longer work properly, or at all.

E-Mail Service / Members Area Only: The e-mail service provided by our Website’s Members Area is available to guests/users who wish to access it under the following conditions:

Guests/Users who wish to have access to the above service must register to it; in particular, they must first fill out and submit the relevant form and provide certain personal and confidential data, as requested by the form’s mandatory or optional fields.  Mandatory are the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Occupation, Title, E-mail, Phone Number and Work Address, while Optional Field is the Mobile Phone Number. In order for the registration to be completed the mandatory fields must be provided and the optional fields can be omitted. 

In this manner, guests/users are registered automatically in ClientIQ’s records and will receive all information which is sent through our e-mail service (e.g., Newsletters, Information Bulletins, Press Releases, etc), they are granted full access to the papers that ClientIQ stores in its Website and at the same time they give their explicit consent for their data to be used by ClientIQ exclusively for reasons of communication, statistics, and improvement of the services provided. Such data is never released to third parties (with the exception and only with the exception of the relevant Authorities as foreseen by the Greek Law) and are closely guarded.

It is noted that ClientIQ cannot be held responsible for the manner in which “links” posted on our website manage and/or protect said personal and confidential user data as we do not have any control over this.

In any case, once guests/users have contacted ClientIQ and have verified the existence of a personal file maintained, they can request that their file be deleted, corrected, or changed. Minors, under the age of 18, may access our website only after parental/guardian consent has been given and are in no way obliged to make their confidential data known. Should a guest/user wish to unregister from the above service, they can do it by clicking on the “unregister” link provided in each and every e-mail they receive. ClientIQ reserves the right to deny someone’s registration in the specific service and/or delete someone from the above service. However, ClientIQ does not control or check who submits the relevant form and registers to the relevant service not does it have any approval process in place in order to check any of the information provided by the guest/user who wishes to register.

The management and protection of personal and confidential information regarding guests/users of our Website is governed by the conditions of the present policy and the relevant provisions of Greek Law (L.2472/1977; PD 207/1998; PD 79/2000, nr 8; L2819/2000) as well as by those of International Law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC).

In no way does the above registration of guests/users entitle them to copyright rights which, in any case, are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and of the relevant international treaties and are the exclusive property of ClientIQ. 

Security: In the interests of security, ClientIQ employs reasonable measures and procedures limited to security audits, use of encryption tools and software. In any case, ClientIQ wishes to pinpoint that while browsing ClientIQ’s website the guest/user should take all measures in order to secure their browsing experience and data.
